Draft, pending legal review

This is a draft. It is not final and may change before launch.

Privacy Policy

This draft describes what this site does today, before launch. We're not taking catering orders yet, so it covers the early-access, restaurant and contact forms only.

What we collect

When you fill in one of our forms, we store what you enter:

  • your name and email address
  • your company or restaurant name, and your role if you give it
  • your city or ZIP code, and your phone number if you give it
  • your answers about catering, such as typical headcount, company size, number of offices or locations, and the POS or ordering system you use
  • your message and the topic you chose
  • that you agreed to be contacted, when you agreed and which version of this policy was in place, and whether you asked for product news

We also store a few details about the visit that led to the form:

  • the campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), the website that sent you here and the first page you visited
  • a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself
  • your browser's user agent

The site sets a session cookie and a security cookie so the forms work and so we can remember where your visit started.

How we use it

  • to reply to your message
  • to email you when ordering opens near you, or to talk with you about joining as a restaurant
  • to decide where to open first and which ordering systems to connect
  • to send you product news, only if you asked for it

When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation email and send our team an alert with your answers.

Your choices

To stop product news, or to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us through the contact page.
