Restaurants pay 10% on marketplace orders, 5% on orders they bring in and a flat 2.5% for card processing.

What the fees come to on one order
Here's the math on a $500.00 food order, once from the marketplace and once from your own customers.

When does the 5% rate apply?
When the order comes from one of your own customers through your own ordering link. Orders from buyers who find you on Feed the Room are marketplace orders, charged 10%.
Is the card processing fee the same on every order?
Yes. It is a flat 2.5% on every order, whether it came through the marketplace or from your own customers.
How do these rates compare with other catering marketplaces?
